i dont use the TF on it, so i have pdastatus pliugin on my TP, wifi and bluetooth in 1 tap right from today screen

Ae button plus is the answer. I have it mapped to my center button. Push it for a second and bluetooth is instantly turned on or off. I double tap the center button to turn on/off wifi. It's a great program.

This really is the best solution as many have stated, very quick and convenient. It's helps with safety too since you can even do it while driving without having to look at your phone.
