Start Menu - Programs folder customization

ever since Kirvin's clean and simple ROMs for the Apache I've been organizing my start menu into categories (Internet, Multimedia, Tools, Rarely Used, etc.) -- i tried doing this using windows explorer through activesync and apparently it's hardwired in the ROM and can't move the programs that came already baked in.

any way we can customize our our programs folder?

I have created a tutorial on this in my sig. I also have a newer provxml method I used with a recently released rom pack with the ppckitchen. I haven't done a touch pro pack yet.

Here is a link for the ppckitchen version:
rstg_Manila2D_ppcKitchen_OEM_v1.0.2.rar -- Misc OEM's needed for the rom
(a bit to download but look for the zzz_My_Start_Menu_ppkv2.0_OEM. The oem pack is for the vogue, but that oem will work on the pro.)

And here is an original tutorial I wrote up. I currently use the provxml way, but in a regular kitchen I use this method:
Customize your StartMenu for PPCKitchen.org's - BuildOS - TutorialHave you ever wanted to customize the Start Menu in your ROM? This tutorial will show you how to customize the StartMenu, even those pesky ones like Help, Internet Explorer, Phone, Contacts, and Calendar that show up when you tap on the Start Menu!
PPCKitchen.org BuildOS Friendly!

And a side note, recently HTC has been using an autocreate command in mxip_*.provxml's to create some. Just delete the provxml and add it to your method you choose. I've been wanting to update that tutorial, just haven't had the time....
