Grand Central records voice calls on both ends. It does make an announcement at the beginning of the call stating that it's being recorded.

Grand Central is not just for recording phone calls. What it is, is a communications management tool ,for lack of a better phrase. They assign you a single phone #, (hence the "reserve my number" button) which you then link to all of your existing numbers (i.e. home, cell, work, etc), so you only have to give out one phone number. You can decide what phones ring when. It also has v/m management tools. I know that was a long winded answer to your question.

As for the original question of this thread, each state has it's own rules about recording phone calls. Most will allow it if one party is aware of the recording.

I have a Palm 755p now and it record both side of the conversation with excellent quality. yea the legality of it all you just got to let the other person know they are being record and if they are ok with it then all is good. I was hoping that the Touch pro could do this as well so I can upgrade
