From what I understand it's not available anywhere. M$ is only releasing it to its OEM partners for inclusion in brand new upcoming phones. We're all out of luck unless someone leaks it.

It's available ripped from some demo. Both Qvga and Vga, but it has to be built into a rom, so if you're not making your own, I guess it's "technically" not available.
