GPS not working with mapopolis?

Mapopolis(4.8 ) runs fine on the TP except the GPS. It can't seem to find the GPS antenna. I tried different com ports and still nothing. When set to auto-detect for both port and buad rate it seems to stay on GPD0. I also tried running it after opening google maps and getting a fix on GPS and it still will not connect. I know its an older program but I have it and all the maps and it worked great on the mogul. Any ideas would be great!

All i can suggest is com4 baud 9600. works for some manual entires for Tom Tom and Google Navigator.

might want to rename the thread as you just state that its not working with googlemaps either. does it work with telenav?(sprint navigator)
