There is... I installed separate cabs for the 1% increment battery indicator. The only bad thing is now I can actually see how fast this battery drains

Install these 3 files.
Install the nuepower driver first, then the sdsdkcerts.cab second, and lastly the FInixNOverBatteryIconsOnly.cab. Make sure you install all three files on the device.
