Mouisture indicator in battery area

Just picked up my phone from Best Buy in Alexandria, VA. The guy put the battery in and put on the back cover. When I got home and was putting in my memory card, I noticed that my moisture indicator area (where Sprint can tell if the phone has "water damage") is red and white. Is this normal? On my mogul and 6700 this was plain white.

that is how mine is also. white with red checkerboard pattern. i wouldnt worry.

i have three diamonds and there all red. hope they come like that.

The ones w/ white background and pink cross hatch will turn pink when wet.

i got an e mail from sprint saying were all good if there red.well checkerd red or whatever you call it. picnic tablecloth looking thing. Lol
