HUGE dialer problem

Hey guys I am having 3 glitches, 1 is major. the major one e dialer is giving me frequent error reports (like send to microsoft) and if i hit 2 as my first number it crashes with an error report

This is very important as it is affecting me using the phone as a phone and i won't hard reset

EDIT: can you try thiiso and tell me if it happens.... just press 2 not like 5552555 like 25555555

guys i apologize i fixed it by soft resetting like 10 times
