Newbie Questions..

I have a bunch of newbie questions. I am new to this windows mobile phone stuff and I just got mt HTC Touch Pro phone from BB and now I'm trying to use all the features and do some of the things that I have read in the forums for the past few months..

1. They activated my phone and everything seems fine but when I got home the Internet is not working. what do I have to turn on or activate for it to work?

2. The volume on the phone is low and I've see the fix for it but how do I go about doing it. What programs do I need?

Any advise would be helpful.. I'm pretty good with electronics and phones but this Touch Pro is a whole new breed for me.. Just need some pointing in the right direction.. Thanks (off to read... and read some more) ](*,)

Check that out and attempt to update your account profile

2. I know it sounds dumb but make sure the plastic cover is not covering the ear piece assembly and check volume. This has been mostly the cause of that issue.
