in the bay area, i was able to reach the Harrison store in S.F, and the Geary store in S.F, they said they dont carry sprint anymore. Ive had no luck reaching anyone from the colma store.

I know the burbank store has them and I called asking about the 20% reward zone and they said that there was an actual coupon that was mailed out and I would have to bring that in to the store, is this true?

I printed out the Reward Zone page and they pulled out a coupon with a UPC on it. Manager had to provide an override.
