He used the word "effectively," meaning that when he combines the credits Sprint will apply to his account with what he paid, that's the amount it will have cost him. Best Buy didn't honor the credits themselves.

So, I'm within 30 days on my Diamond. If was to call telesales today and tell them I wanted to return it, could I go to Best Buy and get my discount still?

Did you contact any other BB's? I am in Eagan right now, so I wouldn't be able to make it up there. But I pass 3 Best Buy's on my drive home, and the one in Edina is real close too!

Seems like everyone that's bought it from Best Buy was eligible for the full upgrade price.

can some Touch Pro owner confirm the Radio version? and ROM version
you can check that under "device info" in setting.
