Do not be hopeful, that's for sure.
The same thing happened with my Mogul trying to trade for Touch. They told me I was "within the 30-day period" (but it was a replacement handset), but when I went to actually switch it out, they were like "wtf m8? You can't exchange an exchanged phone for this."

I emailed them. They said Just order the phone and they will take care of me with a return kit when it is released. If they hold up their end of the bargain, I will be really impressed.

I would go ahead and order the return kit asap , so that you have it on your person , and hold on to it If the touch Pro comes out before you can send your phone in immediately . It will usually be a 2 to 3 business day before you even receive the kit. this will expedite the matter a bit

she said wait till the phone launches. Then, she will order the phone and the return kit for me. I will receive both at the same time. I'll just follow instructions.
