The diamond was on Sprint's web site at 12: xx AM EDT (it was about 12:05 or so, but I've slept since then ) on 9/14/08. Didn't actually stay up to order one, but was working on another project, and thought what the heck let's see if it's there. Didn't try to order one, BUT if it is not available to dump in a cart, it usually will not show up at all...

Ah, I'll check online at midnight then!

Are you able to bill to your Sprint account with upgrading online or with telesales? Also, Will I have a problem doing this with my spending limit? There is a $375 spending limit on the account, and a -$130 balance, so there is plenty of a cushion without hitting the limit, I just want to make sure though.

If your company is a Sprint partner, you can pre-order through the EVP program (LINK). I did this yesterday.

Regarding telesales, I can't speak from recent experience, but I can speak from what others encounted when the Palm 700p was released by Sprint. Many called telesales only to find out they didn't have it in their computers until later in the day.

My guess would be that it depends on when telesales actually has the option to sell it in their computers. Hopefully they learned from their previous mistakes.

Thats not what this thread is about. We are going by the date thats been given by sprint and the super mod in the release thread... either speculate an exact date to order or dont post about it till the 19th
