Sprint E-mails

Hey all, been following this website for a while, just decided to post now. Not 100% this is the right place, but since there's a ton of topics concerning this, I'll start here.

Anyway, I too have a Mogul that's acting up. In the process of contacting Sprint to see if I can get some kind of upgrade.

My question is: Does anyone know if they keep all the e-mails on file? I've seen a lot of people advising to just keep emailing them. I don't want my response to be "We already told you, NO!" Thanks for the help.

Re: Sprint E-mails

I've found it to be hit and miss. I found out between calling and emailing, some support centers are on different systems and cannot see notes from other centers.

Once I emailed Ecare about swaping out a Fusic, didn't get the answer I wanted, called customer service, and they mentioned the note on my account about my question to Ecare. I called a day later and was able to get in touch with an out of country call center that didn't see those notes.

Re: Sprint E-mails

I've sent a few emails and they're being redirected, not to mention taking forever. I called today telling them I wanted to cancel my account and they offered to send me a phone to "test" for 30 days, and if I like it, pay for it. whoo-hoo, no thanks. ODB forever
