Tethering with Pro
 

You know this message had to come along sooner or later. Anyone spotted if this comes with the wireless modem app like the one on the PPC6700 that works with CDMA_USBModem_Dialer.exe?

I didn't even know about that. What exactly does that app do for the 6700? I'm assuming it'd do the same for the Mogul too? That mean you can use the phone as a modem without adding the extra Sprint fees?

you figured out how to do this right? I have a mogul, and I use the free tethering hack and I get unlimited internet thru pam

Went out on the venture of finding out how to tether with this thing.

Actually, all credit goes to the Diamond folks.

To tether, install the cab located in this thread, I am posting from tethered connection, so it works fine.

couldnt you just do the reg edit?

Tethering pretty much works out of box as long as you already have a data session in progress and make sure to select "sprint" instead of "phone as modem" in internet sharing. Those tweaks basically force Sprint in that dialog and one other thing.
