Well remember insurance is going to give you another Mogul for a long time probably well into 2009. My suggestion get the Mogul replacement, sell it on craigslist for like $200 and split the difference for the Pro. That's probably what Imma do.

Ricoh is right, its going to be well into 2009 before insurance scams will work. Think about all the moguls they have in the warehouse right now, waiting to be exchanged out.

Probably longer than that. Some people are still getting Samsung i730's on insurance, some i760's
