How to load Win6.5
 

I have a New Palm treo T850 EWW CDMA with Bell Mobility , I tried to load win 6.5 using Rom update utility I get to the three colour screen then it goes to the % complete but nothing happens , Error , does the phone have to be unlocked or something
I need step by step instructions please

I was going to start raving about EnergyROM as soon as I saw this thread title...

But then I read your post, and see that you're using a Palm Treo. What are you posting in the TouchPro section for?

Hopefully a kind mod moves this for you. This is NOT the correct section.

I can kinda understand the TouchPro/TouchPro2 mix-ups... but this one is definitely a new one.

This section of the forum is for the HTC TouchPro. Very different device from the Palm Treo. Let me show you:

Palm Treo 850:

wow this is funny. i don't really see TP/TP2 mixups but there are a lot of best rom questions that get posted in the upgrade section which then have to be moved to general.
