Hi,
I am trying to activate the phone and the instructions are to use the ##337812" code. When I enter that on the dial pad the phone does not provide the entry screen, the phone just acts as though it is a phone number to be dialed. Any ideas? thanks

the latest stock rom's have an auto activation feature that will autostart after a hard reset. otherwise here's a cab to fix the ##codes
