Need MIP profile info for Sprint TP

I am reflashing my Sprint TP back to a sprint rom after having it converted to verizon. I need the MIP Profile and MIP Default Profile info. Can someone with a Sprint TP go into EPST (dial ##778#) and select their MIP Profile and MIP Default Profile and paste all the fields and their values here? Muchos gracias.

What do you need with mip? Won't flashing stock replace all the mip info?

Epst.exe or epst.lnk should be in the windows directory. Just run it from there.
