Need help: Comm Manager screen is not responding
 

On the Comm Manager screen, the Phone shows as being "on". But the on/off slide does not respond when I try to toggle it. Instead, its GUI line gets highlighted and stays highlighted no matter how many times I hit it after that.

The same happens with EVERY device shown on the Comm Manager screen.

Please somebody help.

When that happened to me, I put it in Airplane mode which turns everything of. Then I was able to turn on phone and what else I wanted.
Sometimes it just gets stuck.

Unfortunately, my Comm Manager screen is not toggling any device that it displays, including the Airplane mode.

Do you know if there are other ways of turning the Airplane mode on besides the Comm Manager? Perhaps some entries in the Registry that I could edit manually?
