Roms without Cellular features

Long story short my Phone took a nose dive into a cup of coffee. The phone works some what, but i have a old phone that i switched over until I could save up for a new phone.

Are there any ROMS with out the cellular features. Basically a full blown PDA.

Doubt it. But you can always flash a rom and keep the phone in airplane mode.
