Opera:config settings not saving
 

i keep changing the opera:config settings and i reset opera and they dont change, so i change them again and soft reset the phone, and they are still at the default values... any way around this?

Are you scrolling down to the bottom of the section that you are making the edits to and clicking on the "Save" button? It will not save anything that you change unless you do that. If you are doing that, I do not know what else could possibly be causing that to occur. In the case of the latter, you may need to uninstall the version you have and install the latest version and try it again.

you have to set them about 3-5 times, and then they'll stick.

Not necessarily. I have had no issue whenever I clicked the save button, exited Opera, and soft reset my phone. If that is occurring, I would venture to guess that there is something happening for you that is not allowing the settings to be saved. But then again, every phone reacts differently to programs... :???:

true, it depends on what you're running. however, the settings take after a couple of attempts :).
