Asking a Question to all ROM Developers! How Do I build a ROM?

What do you guys use to build a ROM, I mainly want to work with the Sense Ui, and I don't know where to start.
Can someone get me started, is there like a kitchen where you add features or something?
I want to create a totally different ROM with Sense but with different customizations, so basically I want to create a New ROM, can someone get me started?
Thanks

Re: Asking a Question to all ROM Developers! How Do I build a ROM?

This is the kitchen I use http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=81038. I think it builds a very good ROM. I have a working Ervius Visual Kitchen to but I like the ROM builds better from Raidzero's.

A good place to learn alot is http://forum.xda-developers.com/foru...t=postusername.

Good luck. If you need any help just ask I will do what I can for you.
