Any idea on touch pro android ROM?

Anybody know when android will be made as a ROM to replace Windows Mobile?
Android is soooooooo much better, but I really like the touch pro:mrgreen:. If I could get the best of both worlds..... wow!
Any idea at all?
Next year, month, more?

When you figure out the issues with it, naturally!

It's not ready. The battery life is horrid, you really want to flash it on your phone? I think you'd regret it after 2 days.

Either way, it'll take some time. Heck, it may never happen. This phone is ooooold, and a lot of devs have moved on to newer devices (as usual). The HD2 seems like one of the best supported of the newer devices.

Go here and follow their progress.

I am currently using the 2.1 port... Battery life is bad, but I use the android port most of the time while at my desk to listen to Pandora, Slacker, etc. It use to be that the battery wouldn't last a complete hour, but it has gotten better. I am about ready to try version 2.2

2.2's pretty good, but the OP was asking for a ROM. This is NOT a ROM, it's far from it. The entire OS runs off of the SD card.
