You said you copied the folder and opened up a setup file. There isn't really a setup file in the cab, the cab is like an exe for windows mobile. using total commander you should be able to tap on it or circle it and choose open from there it should launch a window asking to install to SD or main memory. From there choose the main memory then using IE try to open www.google.com then you should have a page come up asking for username and password.

sorry my mistake. i extracted the files from the cab before i copied it to my phone.

i have installed the cab and the internet is working!!!
