need some help and pointers on cooking a rom

OK i tried all the rom's and their great but some have what i want and some don't then there's the fast they all have something that i don't need or want

so i plan on cooking my own rom

so here is what i need

what is a good kitchen to use

and since i use sprint/boost mobile, what apps are mandatory for sprint

also i plan maybe using winmo 6.1 since the stock rom for me seems to have the best battery life

You should look at Raidzero TP Kitchen, it is discontinued but I will be there for sometime yet.

I have tried other kitchens but keep coming back to this one. It is not a visual kitchen.
