CDMA touch pro problems - hard reset without asking to

I'm looking for some advice here on what to do with my HTC touch pro which is going insane lately. I bought it last february brand new and ran it for about 6 months with the Bell stock rom that came with it and I ended up switching to a rom from here which ran perfectly fine till just recently.

When I started encountering problems with the actual phone connection going off for no reason and then only coming back the next day I figured I'd switch to a newer rom. Now since then I tried 3 different roms and with all of them I'm having problems where the phone will lock up for whatever reasons and upon resetting it the phone will have in fact hard resetted itself so to speak.

I tried 3 totally different rom all running on WM6.5 and 2 of them with HTC touch sense and the other one just running platinum and I had the same thing happen to me everytime. The phone can't run for a complete 48 hours without doing that.

Any one might know what would be the best solution for me ?

Do you have a sdcard installed if so remove it and try running phone for a couple of days without it if everything is OK after that than your sdcard is corrupt and needs to be reformatted (to fat32) this is a known problem

I do have a SDcard installed on it and I removed it now. I'll see where that gets me.

Have flashdanced or run task29 before flashing the custom rom?

Re: CDMA touch pro problems - hard reset without asking to

I had the same issue with my phone when I first flashed it to a new rom. I thought since it was coming from a stock rom there was no reason to flash a stock rom before the new one... I was wrong.

I second the flashdance recommendation. (and the movie!)
