PPCGeeks - TWEAK: Increase Video FPS

I also strongly suggest you lower the contrast(to 1 or 2) in the camera settings to brighten up shadows.

It increased my video FPS from 6 to 13 on CIF mode. It works and makes the videos look MUCH smoother.
