Total Backup? Is it possible?

I flash here, I flash there, I find bugs, I fix bugs. I'm tired!! I finally get my phone exactly like I want it. Now how do I backup "everything"? I don't want to do a hard reset and then customize again. Is there a program to back up "everything" including roms, settings. Thanks in advance.

ENERGY ROM "ROCKS"

Dont know about "everything" but it does come pretty close. After a hard reset i dont take more then 10 min. reinstalling all my stuff check this out..Sashimi seems like a bit of work at first but imo its fun and saved alot of time in the long run. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=101422

I believe Sprite Clone will do a complete image backup, but it costs $300.

SPB Backup works great. Worth the $$$

sprite backup works too i think. One is more comprehensive than the other, but I'm not sure which one. SPB fit my needs better. But I don't want everything. Sashimi is great for saving specific settings, but not as convenient for a full backup, in my opinion.
