What happened to all the WM 6.1 Roms?????

I hate all the New Windows Mobile 6.5 JUNK and beyond.
Where are all the 6.1 Roms? WM 6.1 is like Windows XP for cell phones. Who thinks WM 6.1 is better?
Come on chefs give us some more options other than the crappy 6.X.X.

i could be wrong but i think there is a much higher demand for the new(er) versions of wm so the older ones are no longer supported. from personal experience and from what ive read mightyrom was one of the most stable 6.1 builds. as far as the new advancements, again i could be wrong, but i dont think anything too recent thats being developed or worked on is compatible with 6.1 unless specifically stated.

Its an older Rom but does whatever you need... Remember , Roms arent set in stone... You can still tweak it with cabs...

6.5.x takes too much memory for us Verizon-ites, but I NEED the touch sized x-button, and love the bottom row start/x. If anyone knows how to do that well on 6.1, I'm back in a heartbeat.

I hate the bottom start/x button. when all the good roms went from 6.5 to 6.5.1 i went back to stock sprint rom and never looked back. hell, it's been over 6 months since I flashed a custom rom. Their great as far as what is in them and how they are built, but on a small screen, I wasn't happy loosing the bottom of the screen and still having the top curtain. either or is ok, but not both. with the tp1 becoming extinct no one is building 6.1 or 6.5 anymore, so I wait for andriod evo. wm7 looks like crap and not happy with the hype that first came about.

whoa we should keep this about WM and not threaten to goto android, WM and android should join forces to take down iPhone especially with the new one coming out soon

The start menu is what kept me from updating to 6.5, but then i noticed some chefs started to customize the start menu. so it KINDA looks like the 6.1 start menu. well its more organized then the stock 6.5 menu anyways which is what i REALLy like. if you get a rom that customizes the start menu so it KINDA looks like 6.1 then you can enjoy 6.5. i honestly dont think i could go back to 6.1.

Yeah, but if the CDMA iPhone comes out for Verizon, your gonna see a ton of WM users leave.... I have always liked WM, but its down the ladder below BB, Android and iPhone in the market share...
