Adding or Removing Manila Tabs - HELP

I am having a complete brain fart and have forgotten the app I need to move the manila tabs around in TF3D. I've been using TP2 and have apparently wiped out all my memory how to customize the TP. My son has the TP and I need to add and remove some tabs as well. Can someone please remind me what the app is and possibly a link. Did a search and came up emtpy handed. thanks.
