powers up then dies
 

Got an htc touch pro that i need to get contacts out of. When its connected to charger, it vibrates and powers up to htc screen this goes blank. It does this over and over. I just need it to stay on to get my contacts. Any help? Thanks

If I understand correctly, the phone does not boot up. Have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in? You also may need a new battery. I would consider taking it to the sprint repair center.
