How do you add cabinet apps to kitchens

Hi I am Kind of new to the whole kitchen thing I have uploaded a lot of different roms but the one thing I can never find help with is how to add .cab applications to the kitchen so it can be built into a rom I have searched and searched but never found anything if you could help i would be so thankful

For most cabs, I use 2 .exe's. You just drag the cab on top of cab2oem.exe. That will make a OEM package (folder of same name as cab in same directory). Drag the OEM package onto
EXT_Packages_rebuilder.exe to make it an EXT. There are probably other programs if you want.

Thank you so much but I need a little more in depth if you could do that for me it would be great if you cant thats fine i am so new to the kitchen that i dont even know what EXT_Packages_rebuilder.exe is or any of that i am sorry but thank you so much

OK i downloaded the Kitchen Convertor thing and i downloaded PIM Backup cab just to test it and i got to where i dragged it to the Cab2OEM and then it made a little thing inside the same folder and it is called PPCPimBackup what do i do from there do i open it and extract it all and then drag it to the EXT_packages_rebuilder or what?
