you can use My Mobiler so that you can see the screen of the phone on windows and use the mouse to interact with the phone

Re: Forced to use Voice Command ....need HELP

Maybe you can get the keyboard working by taking out your battery and pinching real hard the keyboard in the space bar area. It fixes mine everytime the damn thing goes out.

I guess there is a small ribbon cable that plugs in right in that area that works loose and pinching the phone plugs it back in.

My screen stopped working and I wasn't able to use Activesync because it kept defaulting to showing the Touch Pro as a drive. Try removing your storage card if you have one installed. This made my Touch Pro go back to Activesync and I was able to use My Mobiler (which installs itself on your Touch Pro when it's first run).
