Slingplayer mobile 2.0 VGA?

Does anyone know if the new release of Slingplayer Mobile 2.0 is supported on our phones?

Will it work on VGA Devices, or only QVGA. I see that the TP2 is supported (Sling support list) but the TP is not listed.

Has anyone tried this on the TP?

If it isn't is their a good developer out thier that can port to VGA?

Go to slingbox & download the new 2.0 software

Just downloaded it and it works great.
Only issue I had was the picture was small and wasn't filling the entire screen. Found out the firmware needed updated on the Slingbox and now it looks just fine.

Ive been using it on a TP for over a year now.. works great.

I just downloaded and installed the 2.0 version as well, and it works just fine. As far as I can tell, the player only will display in landscape mode in case that matters to you. It has much easiler to use touch friendly icons/menus.

How is the streaming? I am on 1.6, and it streams OK on EVDO. I have the slingbox on a network that supports 25Mbs up re: WAN connection. Read a couple of comments that the playback on 2.0 is much better. I also read that the remote option is gone. How about DVR playback?

Any comments?
