Man my phone flew out of my hoodie pocket and plopped into the toilet! I always wondered how people dropped a phone in the toilet and thought it was weird. Oh well... If it doesn't work then I guess ill take it to my repair center and hope for a TP2? I have insurance...

put it in a bowl with rice, that will bring it back to life. it won't help with the water sticker, though.

it will work once it dries out but eventually i will start acting up in a few weeks... repair centers dnt repair water damaged phones, they ar egoing to tell you to get it replaced thru the insurance.... good luck getting the touch pro2

But isn't there a slim chance when I go to the repair center they won't even check for water damage and just be like...its not working here are your options- blah blah eligible for tp2? cross fingers.

I think water damage is the first thing repair centers check.

You might as well try it though, you never know what might happen.
I would try calling Sprint and replacing it that way. That might work too.

If all else fails, then you always have Asurion.

Oh you know what I just found out my repair center is a third party one too I think anyways. It says

Im going to try calling them first but I really don't want to tell them I dropped it in the toilet
Will they charge me any additional fees IF they send me a replacement or a new phone and when they get my damaged one back and find out its water damaged that was the reason?
