A couple days ago my aunt and I and her friend went from michigan to chicago to get a car well on the way there my cell woundnt work (touch pro) her friends cell woundnt work (metro black berry) but my aunt cell which is the cheapest cell you can by at metro pcs worked all the way there all while we were there and all the way back and we all have metro service whats up with that? lol

I have roaming on my plan too so is there a setting on my cell i have to turn on or something and if so how do i do that?

you can force roaming with a cab. puts it under settings here.

maybe its because here in the chicago area we use cricket 1700mhz-AWS CDMA and the TP and BB are both 850/1900/2000mhz CDMA dual band phones, and the phone she had was tri-band 850/1900/2000mhz 1700/2100mhz AWS. this is the exact reason i went back to sprint because of that stupid new band and i wanted a smartphone.
