Angry Forgot PIN on Sprint Touch Pro


I know the answer is probably a hard reset but......my son set his pin and now can't remember what he thought it was. Is there anything other than a hard reset to get back into the phone?

welcome to the site. did he set it or use the default? the default is either the last 4 # of the phone, or the last 4 digits of the s.s.#. you should be able to call and get the password.
