Tour to TP Question

Going from a blackberry tour to a touch pro (I missed flashing all the 6.5 leaks), is there any way to back up my contacts from the tour and get them on the touch pro?

Sorry, I feel stupid now, I knew how to sync the touch pro with outlook, but had no idea you could sync the blackberry with it, google is my friend.
