I would love to know how to get a replacement for my Touch Pro?? I have replaced mine several times and I am absolutely discussted! This thing is seriously flawed! Who did you talk to at Verizon? It seems each and every time I call there I get the same type of people who are totally robotic in there prerecorded responses. They clearly have heard all that I am telling them over and over..... How many times am I going to erase everything and reinstall all the apps?? Had I known this was going to happen I surely would have gone with the I phone....

i didnt talk to anyone. i just went to the asurion website filed a claim and that was it. i have sprint im not sure if that makes a difference.

well i didn't get it yet but i sure did put the order in via asurion's website, i would suggest anyone who wants one and is willing to pay the 100 dollars to jump on it asap as i know that the phone offered changes according to their available stock, a couple of days ago the website kept offering me the Palm Pre and i didn't complete the claim because i didn't want that, i decided to check again today and boo yah "htc 7380" came up as the available replacement...

-$100 though ugh

gfs tp2 is on the way. she the cracked the screen a few weeks ago and wasnt really willing to pay the 100$ deductiblebecause the crack was tiny and right along the bezel. but when i told here the replacement was the tp2 she was like jump on it. i filed yesterday about 5 and got a third confirmation this morning saying it was already at the sorting facility.double thanks to the op for bringing this to our attention.

your are lucky i didnt get the tp2 i got another pro so sad =(
