Happy birthday!

Well, ur not alone! My TP ringer has never worked consistently. I can go to:

settings>sound>advanced>notifications>incoming call

and it tests perfectly with any ringtone/vibrator combination. Sometimes the ringer works but with very weak volume. Other times an incoming call will ring once and go directly to voicemail. The earpiece and speaker volumes have always been weak also. Have been checking out Badboy's audio fix for the volume problem, but jury's still out on that. To sum up, this is a great phone for the most part...but a phone that doesn't handle basic functions like ringing and volume is basically a paperweight and an expensive one at that.

Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated.

you are not in an area where you are going in and out of signal are you?

Sounds to me like a ring delay issue. Try calling yourself and notice how long your phone will flash before it actually rings, and how many times the caller hears a ring before your phone does.

If this is the problem, you can look up 'ring delay' and find a lot of different opinions. Some ROMs are better than others. Personally the only thing that has worked for me was disabling the HTC dialer, returning to the win-mo default dialer.
