Touch Pro/Raphael ringtone-system volume issue...

Has anybody...ANYBODY...come up with a solution to the low ringtone volume issue? I've looked at other threads on this issue, and I've tried both the audiopara3.csv and SRS WOW solutions. But I'm finding that unlike what most people seem to be thinking (the speaker/driver is the culprit), the issue actually seems to have its roots in the ringtone/system volume controls. If you lower the system volume (just so the world doesn't hear you when you try to dial someone, for example), then it somehow throttles the ringtone volume, also...there doesn't appear to be a true "separation" of the two. If I turn the system volume sky-high, then the ringtone volume is as loud as it needs to be.

Does anyone know a fix for this? It sounds like this is a OS/software issue. Has anyone else come up with a solution for this? Just wondering ('cause I've been searching and searching...)

I appreciate any assistance anyone can give. Thanks in advance!
