+1, i just bought a new one for a family member for 350 no contract from ebay. At this point, i would suggest the same since the phone has been out for so long.
The phone i got even had the screen sticker still on itI had a chance to play with it for a few days to make sure everything was all good. Needless to say, my first ebay experience of buying a new winmo phone will not be my last... Activated fine btw. However, i believe sprint only makes u extend for 1yr if ur a premium member or whatever they call it. I usually hold onto my phone till the same time next year, so that actually works out.
