I need help!

Ok, my HTC Touch Pro was acting up so a friend at work said that he knows how to fix my problem....ok
This guy decided to wipe my entire phone out! I lost numbers and pictures and the whole 9.
Its already flashed over to metro pcs but now my internet and mms doesn't work any more. I have tried to do it myself but it just isn't working.....any suggestions?

there are very few people on here that use metro. i know there was talk about this a while ago but i havent been on in a while so not sure how it turned out. try a search for metro or metropcs and see what you can come up with. im sure it has something to do with your server settings and could even be under the epst settings.
