the only person that still has there original phone and not had any issues? i have had my original phone since feb and have not had an issue.

I had my TP from 10/26/08 till I got my TP2 and had no issues with it

I have my touch pro for about a year and had no issues with it. I guess we are the few lucky ones.

I have had mine for over a year and no problems. I am a very heavy user and have also dropped the phone more than a few times and it is still working well.
I will replace this is another Touch Pro version tbd sometime in the future.

i have to say in the 10 months i have had the phone my only complaint is the messaging hang up. i have come to the point that when i get a text as soon as i exit out i go into task manager and close everything out. its a PITA but other than that, 0 problems.

No problems from mine. I almost wish it would screw up so I'd have a shot at a free TP2? No complaints though, even being the crippled verizon version it does everything I need and seems to do it all quite well.

I'm also still on my original TP and haven't really had any issues. Yes, I have the overheat problem, but rarely charge it and use it at the same time so it's not a major issue for me. I have the raised D-Pad but it doesn't seem to affect functionality, so again no huge issue. I haven't had any laggy issues because I use a custom ROM that I have tailored specific to my needs. Sadly, I have started to notice the occasional keyboard issue, so it may just be a matter of time before my keyboard fails and I'll have to get the phone replaced. Hopefully when the time comes, Sprint will have resolved whatever problem is causing the refurb TP2s to keep going out of stock and I'll get that as a replacement cuz I'm not sure I want a refurb TP1. After all, my luck can only extend so far... LOL
