Is this OEM screen protector?
1 Attachment(s)
This is going to be a very basic question, based off the attached pic, is this an OEM screen protector coming up or something more serious? It feels very hard, not like I would expect a screen protector to be.
I bought the phone on ebay, so I have no idea if it still has its oem protector, and I dont want to pull it off if its not. |
Re: Is this OEM screen protector?
I'm not sure Verizon puts screen protectors on their new phones. When I got mine, it had a cheap easily removable piece of thin plastic on it. Not really calssified as a screen protector.
It's difficult to tell by looking at the picture. If it is a screen protector, removing it should not cause you any problems. If it is part of the screen, you need to take it infor exchange anyway. |
Re: Is this OEM screen protector?
Screen protectors aren't hard. If you bought it on ebay, they should have mentioned the damage in the listing/picture. I would get my money back.

Based on the thickness, you are for something serious

It lasted about 3 days when I put the phone in my pocket, and the whole screen came up and ripped the connection to the touch part. Went to V and replaced it with a another TP. This is my 4th one. |
Re: Is this OEM screen protector?
so u want to know if its the screen protector, or what, the actual screen peeling up??? all u have to do is look around the speaker at the top, the oem protectors, fit right around the speaker slot.. it should be easy to look there to see if theres a screen protector on it or not..

Re: Is this OEM screen protector?
You should get the clear snap on hard case to keep it from peeling off. It keeps the screen protector from peeling off nicely.
