Refurb replacement?

Okay, so the keyboard on my last touch pro crapped out after 2.5 months so I took it to the sprint store and they ordered me a refurb. It seemed fine at first, but the hardware on this thing is really upsetting me. The top half is actually raised up at least a millimeter from the bottom half, so i can actually see light coming in from the other side if i look through the crack horizontally. This is a problem because, aside from it feeling chintzy, when i use the touchscreen, the whole half pushes down about a millimeter, and this is epecially annoying whenever I'm typing with the onscreen keyboard. Also, there is about a half millimeter gap inbetween the black part where the dpad and action buttons are on the front and the bottom chrome. I can actually see the board inside. Am I able to take this back to the store and ask them for a replacement for this? This is unacceptable.

I wish I had done that with my TP nearly a year ago when I had it replaced; the power button was so pused in deep in the device that it worked half the time, the bottom plate was raised a good millimeter on the top left side... I could just go on and on.

Needless to say, I was very frustrated with the replacement they offered me.
Now, I sent my phone back into repairs (Bell Mobility doesn't replace them anymore) because my keyboard also died and I doubt I'll get something remotely better (or fixed) this time around.

Though I envy my coworker; he's had his nearly a year and not one issue with it yet. He's been knocking on wood a lot as of late...
