SMS Delayed After Unlocking
 

I've got this cell phone HTC Touch Pro from Ebay. The Cell phone is of Sprint and we've unlocked it and I am using it in India. There's this problem that SMS are delayed about 3-14 hours :(

Can someone help me ? I talked to the guy whom i bought this phone and he said i've to download some radio packets 1.1 but wen i checked my phone i've already 1.1 RF radio packets..

Any Help will be much appreciated.
