Need help backing up contacts/email to gmail
I've had nothing but trouble with my 4 touch pro's and have decided to "downgrade" to the palm Pre .
I'm looking for a solution to transfer all my stuff to the palm pre, Gmail looks pro promising but I cant get it to sync with my touch pro. I'm getting an error: "your account in Microsoft exchange server does not have permission to synchronize with your current settings. contact your exchange server administrator" I followed the instructions here: http://www.google.com/support/mobile...36&topic=14299 Is there something I'm missing?

I've solved my issue.
Had to delete me Comcast email from my touch pro, works like a charm now.
