shortcut/stand alone Program launcher/Weather?
 

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knows how to make a shortcut or standalone item of the weather and program launcher. Im starting to get bad battery life and would like to try to not run SenseUI or regular TF. I would like to be able to use the program launcher and or weather while still using the normal today screen.....does anyone have an idea? I wasnt sure if i should make a seperate thread on this since i am currently using IndaG's rom but i figured that others might know....thanks for the help guys.

Try HTC Home for VGA..I do and the battery life is def better than with touch flo. Use the HTC Home Custom app to edit your city's weather, but nothing else. Here is the thread for the cabs.

I attached some screen shots of my phone for you. I have noticed that the "profile" tab doesn't work (freezes my phone). That's why I left it out. I am only using 3 tabs, but it also comes with "people" and
"music" tabs as well. You can easily edit the tabs in your today screen settings. MY memory usage boots up at 27% and never gets higher than 32%..very lean. You can still add all the normal Today Screen stuff as you can see I have the device lock and calendar links on there.
